ACTION FORCE completed its successful Kickstarter campaign with the project reaching 130% of its funding goal. For those of you that missed the opportunity to pledge on the Kickstarter, you will now be able to place pre-orders so you don't miss out the second time around. You will not have access to the same early bird pricing as the Kickstarter, but you will have access to the majority of the items available. The Kickstarter exclusive Steel Brigade Commander head will not be available for the CrowdOx pre-orders.
As additional funds come in through CrowdOx, they will go toward the Kickstarter goal and stretch goals will be eligible to be unlocked. Keep your eye out for more figures and accessories to get added in for pre-order.

Refunds/Exchanges/Order Cancelation
While the CrowdOx pre-orders are live, you will be able to adjust your order or add to it at any time should you change your mind about something or want more Action Force Product.
When an order is placed, you are committing to that purchase. Order cancelation requests will be reviewed and granted or denied based on the discretion of Valaverse LLC.
Refunds, exchanges and product replacements will only be given within 10 days of receiving your product. Should your product break or arrive defective during that window you should contact Valaverse and you may be given a refund, exchange for a different product or have your product replaced. The defective product will be returned to Valaverse before a new product is sent out or a refund is given.
